SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We strive to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. All relevant information regarding shipping and delivery is outlined below.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

DELIVERY TIME
The estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may be extended during busy periods (such as holidays) or due to customs procedures. These delays are outside our control.

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value is required.

SHIPMENT ORIGIN & CUSTOMS
All orders are dispatched directly from our supplier. Depending on your country of delivery, customs duties or import taxes may apply. Please be aware of the following:
• Orders may be delivered under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) or DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.
• Any import VAT, customs duties, or clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Toronto Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or additional charges imposed by your local customs authority.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you accept responsibility as the importer of the goods in your destination country.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
• If tracking information confirms that a parcel has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
• Please carefully verify your delivery address before completing your order.
• Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee corrections after this period.
• Toronto Boutique is not liable for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
